How to use it

Set one cup under each leg of the bed, with the leg in the center well.
Pull the bed a few inches away from the wall and the nightstand, so the legs are the only way up.
Tuck the sheets and blanket in: nothing should hang down to the floor.
Keep the inside wall clean and dry: a slick wall is what holds a bug in the cup.
Check and clean the cups every week; tip them into a smooth plastic tub to see what they caught.

How many you need

One cup under each leg: a frame on four legs takes four, one with a center support takes six or more. These are XL cups, for square or wide legs and heavy furniture.

Extra-large cups for oversized legs

Oversized bed legs and chunky sofa feet need a bigger cup, and this extra-large version is cut for them. Each box holds four XL cups, one for every corner of your bed. The base plate is reinforced polypropylene, which the maker says keeps the cup from cracking under a heavy frame.

You can also use them under couches, chairs and love seats with wide feet. Place one cup under each leg and look into the wells every few days. A catch in one cup and not the others tells you which corner to search first. Black and white are the two colors offered.
