About the shop
About Bed Bug Blocker
A shop for the things that keep bed bugs off a bed without a spray. Running since 2019.
What we carry
Four kinds of things, all of them for the bed: interceptor cups that stand under the legs, encasements that zip around the mattress and the box spring, covers for the pillows, and monitors for the corners where a cup cannot go.
No sprays, powders or foggers. The University of Kentucky notes that most household bed bug sprays do little once they dry, and a home with an active infestation needs a licensed pest professional rather than a shelf.
How the shelves are picked
A product comes onto a shelf when enough people have bought it and rated it well, at a fair price for what it is. A cheap cup does not outrank a better one just because it sells in bulk.
Inside each shelf, the cards are sorted by how many people rated the product. You can sort by price or name instead, and filter by bed size, depth, maker and pack.
What every card tells you
For a cover: the bed sizes, the mattress depth it is cut for, the top fabric and how the zipper closes. For a cup: whether it is standard or XL, the packs and the price of one cup. When a maker prints no depth or no closure, the card says so.
The name on the door
Two lines on our shelves carry the words Bed Bug Blocker in their own names: the Bed Bug Blocker Pro and XL cups made by EcoPest, and covers sold under the Bed Bug Blocker brand. Both belong to their makers. The shop is independent of them. The name is the job every product here shares.
Who we are
7 years of picking cups and covers. We do not make, store or ship anything: every order goes through our retail partner, who handles payment, delivery and returns.
Questions go to sealedbed@bed-bug-blocker.com. Tell us your bed size and the depth of the mattress, and we will tell you which covers fit.
Questions
More about Bed Bug Blocker
What is Bed Bug Blocker?
A shop of bed bug barriers and monitors from many makers: interceptor cups, encasements and monitors, picked by how many people bought and rated them. It has been running since 2019.
Is Bed Bug Blocker the maker of the Bed Bug Blocker Pro interceptor?
No. The Bed Bug Blocker Pro and XL cups are made by EcoPest, and covers sold under the Bed Bug Blocker brand belong to their own maker. The shop is independent of both and carries them next to other makers.
Does Bed Bug Blocker sell pesticides?
No. The shelves hold cups, covers and monitors: things that block, catch and show bed bugs. Sprays, powders and foggers stay off.
Who decides which products are on the shelves?
We do. A product comes onto a shelf when enough people have bought and rated it well, at a fair price for what it is. No maker pays to be placed.
