How to use it

Set one cup under each leg of the bed, with the leg in the center well.
Pull the bed a few inches away from the wall and the nightstand, so the legs are the only way up.
Tuck the sheets and blanket in: nothing should hang down to the floor.
Keep the inside wall clean and dry: a slick wall is what holds a bug in the cup.
Check and clean the cups every week; tip them into a smooth plastic tub to see what they caught.

How many you need

One cup under each leg: a frame on four legs takes four, one with a center support takes six or more. These are standard cups; a square or wide leg needs an XL cup.

Four cups come in the box, one for each leg of a standard bed. The center well is wider than usual, so a thicker bed leg can sit in it, and the maker says the cup holds heavy furniture without breaking. A bug that climbs into the outer ring meets a slick wall it cannot climb back up.

No powder, glue or chemical goes in these cups. You empty one, rinse it and set it back under the leg. The maker suggests the same cups for sofas, chairs and patio furniture, so you can move them to wherever you want to watch for activity. A quick look each morning shows you what has been caught.
